stock cat question

Will I notice any performance loss if I put my old cat converter back on my custom exhaust setup with JRSC. My setup now is 2.5 pipe with magnaflow muffler, test pipe and stock resonator. It sounds raspy and I need to do something temporarily.

I put a 2.5" carsound to replace my "2.25 race cat" and I didn't notice any difference. But that with the butt dyno.

it depends. what 'old cat' are you referring to? i hope you're not talking about the stock cat...if so, then yes, there will be a big difference.

I agree, a STOCK cat will be a big obstruction.
