ny check engine light went on but i dont know whats wrong. i did a visual check and all the fluids and wires and stuff are still ok. i tried to dis connect my battery for 10 mins and even took out the ECU chip but the check engine light still came on.
Does anybody have or know a trustworthy mechanic i can maybe use or borrow in the west LA area?? shops are too expensive

just reset it.. there is a little bottom under the steeringwheel for reset it

the maitanence reqd light and CEL are different

that little reset button is for the maintenance required light. thats not on. the chk engine light is. thanks tho.
