synthetic oil for stock b18c motors ?

Is it ok to use mobil 1 synthetic oil every time you do a oil change? Does it make any difference from using a after market oil filter compared to the oem honda oil filter?

no differance its an oil filter unless you get one that increses your oil pressure. ie. Hamp
