Is there a JDM SOHC 1.6l vtec or just the 1.5l?

I know the US get a 1.6l. I saw a engine for sale stating jdm 1.6l Vtec.

If this engine available which would be better for boosting, d1.5 or zc1.6?

No. They are pretty evenly matched when it comes to boosting.

the seller was claiming 137hp for the 1.6zc. so whats the rating for the d15 130?

Not to sound rude but I would work on making the car a manual first. Automatics are just a pain in the ***.

I plan on leaving the car an auto. Probably purchase the tci tq converter and high end rebuild kit. I'm checking out level 10 also. It will cost a lot I know. I have a left leg/knee injury. A manual is kinda out of the question.

For realizing that it won't be as easy as just adding power. You will need to build the wimpy Civic auto tranny.
