Default Turbo sizing and hp goal questions... Help if possible...

So I'm buying my friend's car with a JDM GSR engine ... factory LSD in the JDM tranny and upgraded axles (not sure what theyre rated for tho).

Point is ... I want this car to do .... everything (which is asking too much, I know... but I want it to come as close as possible)
I would like to be able to make about 275whp daily and be able to simply crank the boost and make between 350 and 400 for the track (drag) and set it for more response for the occasional open track day. Oh, it has to pass a visual emissions check with no issues too and have some decent midrange.

Here's what I'm working with now (meaning this stuff is already on the car)...
the aforementioned engine and trans,
uberdata
255lph fuel pump
and uhm ... a boost gauge (whoop-de-do)

So what would you suggest for turbo sizing and what manifold would be a good idea? Or, what questions would you need answered to make a more informed decision?

Also ... I don't really want to do sleeves, pistons, rods etc. If the hp figure needs to come down because of this ... so be it. But if a headgasket, head studs, etc are needed, thats fine, etc.

There is no set budget, but I don't intend to let this suck me dry financially so be reasonable (i.e. budget-oriented) with pricing.

Advise me people!
Thanks!!!!

Seven search this is asked a million times a day. You can get a kit drag kit or revhard kit or full race kit. Or you can go custom and piece together your own kit. FYI The axles are not upgraded on the car they are just autozone axles.
