Default MAJOR SUSPENSION PROBLEMS, NEED A QUICK FIX ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!

WE INSTALLED SOME GENERIC COILOVERS. WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE, THE CAR WOULD NOT SIT ON THE GROUND, ACTUAL COIL CAN BE LIFTED BY HAND. THE CAR SITS REALLY HIGH AND BONCES IRRADICALLY! DO I NEED TO CUT DOWN THE BUMP STOP OR GET RID OF IT? THATS THE ONLY THING I COULD THINK OF.

1. Caps are annoying, take them off.
2. Bad *** avatar
3. Did you take the sleeve off from the strut when you put the coil over on?

I had to correct this problem on a customers car. Its so stupid but a honest mistake.

Driving without a bump stop = blown shocks. I've cut my bump stops in 1/2 before but, never removed them.

So where did you get these generic coil overs and how much were they? Also, how do they ride comparied to the previous suspension? Did they improve upon any flaws in them previous installed components?

i have kyb shocks, no need to worry about blowing them, the coilovers were a trade from my eibach springs, they ride just as good, handle better, and the ride hieght is much more sutable, not too too low but low enough.

Well, I have a Apexi N1 suspension that was on my Teg when I bought it. It has a blown shock from some dumbass "slammin" it too far. You're saying if you bottom out the KYB's it won't damage them?

Just because you have KYB shocks, doesn't make them unblowable..

And next time, type like everyone else in the thread title. I've changed it for you this time.
