dont risk messing up the rod on the strut its.... quite easy to take the bump stop off and cut in half.

Why lower so much??? You will learn... it's a bad bad idea. Get some coilovers. Lower it the right way.

2.5" is kinda low. The lowest I ever went on my ride was 2.25" with my Neuspeed race springs back in the day. Just keep in mind if you're that low, you're more proned to damaging your car. Scraping everywhere and dreading you dont dent/break something everytime u hit a hot hole. And if the springs and shocks are in now. I bet your ride comfort has gone to hell since your riding on your bump stops... Get them cut as soon as you can...

I have ground controls and KYB AGX shocks and the installer didn't cut the bumpstops in half. He said that it makes the ride rough. So I was like OK. THen I called up ground control and they said they need to be cut. My car is only lowerd about 1.5" but I noticed that i'm riding on the bumpstops. SO I went back to the installer and he told me that the car is supposed to ride on the bumpstop. I argued with him for about 5 minutes before I realized that this guy was NOT going to fix my ride. He said he would cut them but he would have to charge me. I was like whatever, I'm not letting you touch my car again. So I just walked out.

I'm not really sure how the car is supposed to ride. It's definatley firmer, but when I go over little dips and stuff in the road, the car feels like it kinda flies up in the air and loses control. I'm not really happy with the ride, is it because of the bumpstops or is it because that's they way the car will ride with a stiffer suspension?

Need some advice guys. Thanks alot!
