Stock throttle cable will work, but you will need to do something trick for a bracket.
Most people (including myself) flip the Y8 brack over (so it's upside down) and then only use one of the screws to hold it on (or drill another hole to secure it with 2).
I'm not sure if the EK cable will work with our pedals, but that would be the best solution.
You can use either map - your stock or the one on the TB.
You may also use any of the B-series throttle bodies if you would like a little larger bore for a little quicker response.
I used my stock fuel line from filter to rail.
You can use either- stock or Y8. I just didn't feel like removing my stock one since I didn't have any copper crush washers handy.
I'll be swapping lines when I go put on a new fuel filter.

4drEF...thanks for the info. When you say stock throttle cable, do you mean a stock crx si cable, or the stock dx dpfi throttle cable that;s in my crx dx? The dx cable loops out over the valve cover and back to the throttle rotor. It looks too long to use. Please advise. Thanks

on the throttle bracket, that's how I have mine set right now (1 screw). It's been that way for 2 years and I have had no problems. My future plan for it is to cut and weld it so I am using both screws.
You'll need the SI throttle cable, I think that the DX/STD one will be way too long to loop around effectively (though I could be wrong and if I had a DX/STD, I'd probably make it work).
I used a STD/DX fuel line on mine, my SI line seemed to have too much twist for me to bolt it on and be comfortable with it not rupturing.
