for best results where should postion the adjustable cam gears on a 2000 si motor?

I have heard it is -2 intake and -1 on the exhuast but i am not sure and want to make sure before I mess something up. someone please help. i have dc 4-2-1 headers msd sci box with msd cap and blaster ss coil, short ram intake, aem feul rail and a pr3 computer, i just want to get the best out of what i got
