Default Tuning the Apexi V-afc

Does anyone know the best way to tune the apex vtec controller on a d16y8 w/ i/h/e? Also, what's the best way to speed up my ride w/ a $2k limit?

The best and pretty much only way to tune a vafc is with a wideband o2 sensor. You will have to have it tuned on a dyno for sure, and they will have the wideband there. Good luck!
