check for vacuum leaks, also check that all correct plugs plugged into their sensors.

Also check your IACV.

definatly sounds like a vacum leak to me. my car use to do that, so one day i got bored and checked under the hood and surely enough one of my hoses was off on my intake manifold.

by "turn off your cap" he means turn off your caps-lock... i guess people just get annoyed/offended by capital letters... lol

anyways, if it's not a vacuum leak, it may be a bad sensor like TPS

you need to fix the problem instead of covering it up with an adjustable FPR.

you have a vacuum leak, look for open hoses comming off the intake manifold

ok one problem is fix i am not running rich anymore, no more blk smoke,,, i use to use like 20 dollars a day in gas, but my idle is still miss up,, when i start it up it goes to 4200 then drop to 1 and go to 3 from 1-3 all the time and will not stop,,,, the b16a2 motor doesn't have a FItv on it , i am using a p75 ecu, when i use a p13 or a gsr ecu when i start it up it only goes to 3, but does the same as the p75 goes from 1-3 all the time...

My friend, you are having the same exact problem i am ...and still is. Leave the map sensor on, it's the sensor that allows your car not to run rich. Did you change your manifold or anything? I changed my iacv with a working one from a friends car, and I had the problem still. Did you trying adjusting the tps map sensor? also, did you bore out your intake manifold or anything and be sure to clean it also. To clean the IAVC, use brake cleaner I believe, or was it carb..double check on that. I figured it was my bored out TB so Ill be changing it soon to see if that's the problem. If not, i think i might have to buy a new IAVC agian to be sure. Keep me updated

oh yea, the reason why it idles right when you remove the map sensor is because it doesn't know how much gas to give to the car, which causes it to feed alot of gas..idles better then pretty much floods it with too much and your car turns off :-) you can smellllllllllll the sucker huh lol

I had the same prob in 2 swaps... one was the IAC valve and the other was the idle speed control was too high [adjust the screw]

.. You're using a P75 ( LS ) ECU on a B16... You should be running a P28, P30 or a P72. That could be your problem if you're actually running a p75.
