my car is 95civic coupe with B16A engine swapped. Now i need to get a short ram intake instead of using the 1 cold air to avoid absorbing any water to my engine during winter time.I don't know how to choose the intake?is it possible i buy the same model intake for normal 92-95 civic model?

Is it the possible to use the same intake model for the sohc vtec engine?

 

if the diameter is the same it will fit but the mounting braket might not line up and the bends might not match ur configuration. if u already have the intake for the sohc try it and c. if not go with AEM.

 

any shortram will work for the 92-95 Civic's on that B16 in there....just grab a cheap one for the winter, there's a ton of them around.

 

i got the Bomz cold air intake off ebay...it's two pieces, so you can use it as a ram air intake in the winter and cold air in the summer...i'm in the same situation you are and that's why i went that route

just go to autozone and buy their Integra short ram intake. it is only $35 and it will work good through the winter.

just take some vaccum hoes and build your own and duct tape the filter on the end.

 

ebay!!!!!!!!! a short ram is a short ram is a short ram (within consideration). advanced auto, autozone, pepboys, ebay would prolly be the most effecient ways to spend the least amount of money
