2.25" piping ok for daily driving?
I've got a B18c in my 94 Civic sedan. This setup is purely for daily driving ... no racing. I'm gonna go for a 4-2-1 GSR or USDM ITR header for the low end, but what about piping? I figure I should atleast go with 2", but most people on here suggest 2.25"? Will 2.25" hurt my low end and/or be much louder? Currently I have a 2" Dynomax Super Turbo muffler to keep the noise down.
as long as you keep your catalytic convertor in place and have a halfway decent resonator you should have next to no noise problems and your low end shouldn't really be affected.

First, running a restrictive stock manifold isn't go to increase "low end" power. I'd suggest getting a nice aftermarket piece, which would vary depending upon your budget.

If you're going to be running a "bolt-on" style USDM header (which would have a 2.0" collector), I'd suggest going with 2.25" piping and a 2.25" muffler. It sounds as if you'll be purchasing a custom setup, but if you choose to go with an commercial cat-back system, most will be either 2.25" or 60mm (2.36"). A properly designed setup won't decrease low-end power, and the volume with vary depending upon your muffler and resonator selection.

The only aftermarket headers that I'm aware of with 2.25" collectors are custom pieces. Virtually every "off-the-shelf" header will either have a 2.00" collector or a 2.5" collector.

If by "stock" you mean an aftermarket header that's designed to bolt to the stock exhaust, then that wouldn't necessarily be a bad choice, depending upon which one you select. If you meant just a stock factory exhaust manifold, then no, that's definitely not better.
