You can't. You need to use an intake manifold from 92+ that has a 2 wire iacv.

hey civicflnum1 i have one for you maybe you could help after your experience, i have a D15b in place of a Y7, (i know i know) using a p2p ECU. i kep getting a code that says manf cntrl veh speed idle speed contrl aux inputs"? I cant seem to get rid of it and the vehicle is tremendously lagging until about 2000/2300 rpms then its just ape ****. it will drive but not what i would consider being road worthy. i'm almost positive that the p2p is a 2 wire IACV monitoring ECU but theres a 3 wire IACV on the Y7 T/B as we used this to simplify and keep it obd2. This is in a 98 4 dr lx. any light you might be able to shed would be appreciated
