PCV valve Duh ?

Default PCV valve Duh ?

The PCV valve on a 97 Civic EX D16Y8 would be where ?....found the EGR

well for most dseries its on the intake mani, imbetween the first and second intake runners.
thers a tube going from the intake mani to the pcv valve, then it goes down from the other end of the pcv valve into a black box on the back of your engine(hard to see).

the pcv valve is a little black 90degree shaped plastic fitting.

...so ....sounds like you access it from underneath.....near oil filter

if it is a dseries engine then you can get to it from the top of the intake manifold.

some bseries have them placed elsewhere however. I believe directly on the valve cover.

i should have been more specific, his EX dosent. at least none ive ever seen or heard of.
