Cracked D16z6 Exhaust Mani, what would you do?

Cracked D16z6 Exhaust Mani, what would you do?
Recently bought a 93 Si hatchback about a 3 weeks ago.
Car stunk bad when the motor was hot, figured exhaust gasket or something, NOPE! Mani was cracked!
I planned on swapping out the motor at the end of next summer, but that's quite a-ways down the road. Point being, i was going to leave it stock till the swap.
So my question for HT is...
**Would you buy a new semi-cheap performance header (along with muffler, catback and intake to complete the setup) and let that setup grow on me for a while, or is there a better solution??**
**PS, we contemplated welding it, but apparantly you can't weld cast (i'm no welding guru, so i didn't know)
