Can I buy this flange somewhere, or would i be better off posting a wtb thread in the classifieds and get a used one off of sombody, its the flange that connects the stock downpipe off the header to the cat, has two holes in it for the two spring bolts, tryin to finish up my turbo downpipe, so i gotta get an extra flange

I drove into an exhaust shop running open turbo with no hardware. I drove out with a downpipe installed like it was meant to be turbo and cost me 75 bucks. thats for the whole damn thing! here it is

That downpipe doesn't look too bad except it's crush bent.

the ones the exhaust shops have aren't the OE style. You can't use spring bolts or a donut gasket with those..

i had a metal fab shop make me a flange for my exhaust for $50 because none of the exhaust shops around here would touch my exhaust cause there was no cat.

Dude I had donut gaskets and spring bolts on mine from the shop. wtf are talking about. They even put that little tab you see half way down it to hold a stock mounting spot where the oem header went. A+ job for cheap.

And yea the bends do own me but oh well! haha

the 10 muffler shops I have been to in the San Francisco Bay Area don't seem to carry them. I purchased one for my 2.5" set up from jdmhondaparts.com a while back.

if those are the flanges you are talking about then it doesn't look like it could even house a donut gasket.

what i think i am going to do tho is cut off the old flange from my stock cat, i have a high flow one now, that should do the trick. I just forgot i had it

Heres a whole other story..... dont drive ur d15 untuned..... it will probably blow up like mine! i ran mine for a little over 3k miles at 12psi w/ afc hack for tuning and one night my 3rd cyl. rod decided it had enuf...kaPOW

And what would make you think that running a d15 at 12 psi untuned would be a good idea?

yea 12 psi i would say is a good bit overboard for this motor, i plan on runnin 5-6 daily, 7-8 at the track, NEVER goin near even 10 on the d15
