The hood is pretty trashed on all four corners, but there is still a lot of good carbon fiber left. Was wondering if you guys could help give me some suggestions on what I could turn this scrap-piece of carbon fiber into???

I've thought about that or also contiplated some way I could make it into a table......

 

One of the first things I thought of was a table or like a little desk or something. That would be a pretty sweet coffee table, you just couldn't sit any drinks on it because they would fall on the floor. You could hang it up on your wall as mentioned, and somehow put pictures on it of your car or whatever. If you're somewhere that it snows a lot, it would probably make one hell of a sled. You'd be a lot lighter than the other guys using stock hoods. Or you could just sit it up against a wall in your house and be one of those cool dudes that just like having car parts all over their house.

I like the picture idea, but unfortuantly I live in Texas and we don't have snow....just Ice in the winter time.

i would say table as well. it would be really cool to make a night stand out of 3 tires (like i did) and put the CF in the middle of them. i had to just use some glass, but it looked pretty cool!

CF thong!!! YES!

 

look in your car for some things you could make carbon fiber. such as the panels around your window/lock openers etc. or make a necklace lol. perhaps a bowl or plate? just some ideas.

 

ok, for some of my realistic ideas

-CF ECU cover (and leave the lower kick panel off for bling)
-CF passenger air bag cover (if you have taken it out)
-some sort of block plate with some bling mounted on it

Or make a din cover for your radio..

I think that is what he is doing.
