i got the whole thing from a ls what parts do i use any body got diagrams thanks guys

thanks man it does help but on the front i use the teg lower arm and upper arm also

Well you cant use the integra upper A arms on the 96-00 civic they are different in the way they mount to the body of the car, I used the civic upper A arms and the civic lower control arms on my 96 civic when I put my 97 gsr brakes on which are the same as your ls brakes. Hope this helps.
