I've been looking around for a 5 lug 15x7" wheel that is cheap to replace. None of the Rota styles are that appealing, and I don't want the limited run of Slips cuz they'd be hard to replace if I messed one up. I've always been partial to 5Zigen FN-01R-C (cast version, cheap) and I noticed that they just released 15 and 16" version after seeing an ad in a new issue of Honda Tuning or some mag. Lo and behold, a check on the website reveals a 15x7" 5x114.3 +42...wow Integra Type R is listed as the app! I don't know how new this is...but it seems a 15x7" rim is high on some peoples list. Available colors: silver, bronze, and black. 5Zigen quotes 14lbs for the 15" version. Not as light as Rota, but better looking IMHO.

Only $148.50/ea. on Import Parts! I don't know if Ben still advertises on here, but an H-T discount would be awesome on those rims! Forgive me if its a repost, but I did do a quick search first...

I had thought about getting a set of the FN01R-C's, but got in the Work wheels deal JHP had. Any how I had call up Discount tire and the told me they could get them to me for $145.00 w/free shipping. All they show on their site is the corspe I believe.

When I weighed my set they weighed in at 14.5 lbs.

No known weight of the 5zigens; plus theyve been around for while, nothing "new"...

I've only seen 17" and 18" around. In Honda Tuning it said "NEW" next to the 15x7 and 16x7...haven't seen that in my older issue...you might be thinking of the FN-01R's. Those are forged and as expensive as Volk/Advan/etc.

 

I know I was going to get a set at the beginning of July, looking at specifically the cast model, but for 150 more I was able to get a set of forged wheels, and the Esses Speedmaster SM058 I got for $320 shipped. I can get the 5zigens for under that listed price shipped.
