Default lightest wheel for the money

i need some light wheels 15 inch under $600

im thinking

speedmaster esses that weigh somewhere around 11.5 lbs
konig heliums that weigh around the same 11.3 lbs

i looked at the wheel weights site but i dont believe it
says rota attacks are 10 lbs???

what are some other lightweight inexpensive rims

I would not believe that those Konigs weigh 11.3 nor that Rotas weigh 10lbs - 10lbs. for a cast wheel is unheard of, and even if it was real then I'd never trust the strength.

A lot of people rock Rota's on here. They are light, cheap, and come in a variety of styles. I'll be getting circuit 8's soon! to Rota.

Default Re: (kommon_sense)

are the speedmasters forged?
can anyone confirm the weight of the heliums ?

the cast buddy clubs are like 13lbs too heavy
those kosies are too ugly
a-tech final speeds look good but too heavy 13lbs
hx wont fit my tires ( 205 50 15 BFGs )

so its either the speed masters or suck it up and buy some volks or ssr

thanks for all the replies

Enkei RP-F1 rims, 15x7, 4x100, less than 9.8 lbs ea. I have these for my autocross tires. The rims are amazingly light. But they'll run you nearly $200 each.

This is a good site that lists a bunch of wheels and weights and prices in the sizes you are looking for. unfortunatly it's a miata site.

you cant beat the bang for the buck of some rotas. i almost went with volks then i slapped myself and realized i could get a wheel that is 2lbs heavier for 1/3 of the price.
