as said above .. im pretty sure i have a power steering rack its pretty hard to turn and its between 2-3 turns to lock.. i know i sound like a newb but i havent really delt with steering racks... i did a search expecting there to be a ton of info on this but i couldnt find much of anything just people wanting to do with power steering to manal rack swap.....i have a b18c1 turbo in my civic so putting power steering on it probably isnt an option ... though it would be nice exept for not having much feedback..
