Will a 99-00 Civic Type R lip front fit a 96 Civic?

If you want that look, then get those cheap aftermarket ABS versions. They make 99-00 looking Type R lips to fit 96-98. Or you can get JDM 96-98 CTR. It looks different and covers then entire bottom half of the bumper. Or you can go with OEM 96-98 front lips but those are hard to get. There is also the 96-98 JDM SIR lip.

What do you mean? The 96-98 has more of a boxy shape to it and the 99-00 front end has more of a curved shape. It's a fact. I've tried to put a 99-00 lip on my 97. It's not the same shape at all.
