99-00 si owners with es motor mount inserts

did you guys get these to fit straight in ?

which mounts they go in (need retard explanation as dont know **** from **** on cars) ? i have an ek4 and was watchin friend tryin to fit these to u.k eg vti (stock b16a1) and they just wont fit even after trimming/cutting

wanna be sure before i pay someone to try this.

it goes in the rear tranny mount and driver side and pass. side front mounts. the 2 front mounts are a piece of cake. the rear isnt hard to do but takes a little more time.
