I purchused a high flow cat from kteller like a month ago. Every once in awhile i'll send them an email asking if they got my payment and had any questions, but no one ever emails me back. I dont understands whats going on. For the people that purchused stuff from them how long did you wait to you got your product? And dose anyone know if there still in buisness?

 

I know they are still in business but I've never done business with them. From what I understood they do good business, but I don't know from experience.....

 

i dont know this is the first time have done buisness with them, and from my experiance they dont email people back. I have heard they do good buisness too, but I guess i'll have to see if, and when I get my test pipe.

Yeah, to kteller. I ordered the exhaust piping kit and it came in days, no problem. Getting it welded tommorow.

None of my friends or I have had any problem with anything that I have bought from him
Id say call him up
Maybe your emails arent going through or maybe you are blocking his incoming emails and not aware of it
Thats happened to me before were my email account has blocked incomong email thinging its spam when its not

 

I purchased a exhaust piping kit from them a while back. Most, but not all of my my emails were answered promptly, or at least within the week. The delay between the time I ordered stuff from them, to the time a recieved it was minimal. Overall I got the impression that they were honest, helpful, and pretty efficient

I ordered a clutch, fuel pump and front and rear camber kit from KTeller. As of today everything has arrived. No complaints here.

I purchased a full exhaust setup from Kteller almost 2 years ago. No problems whatsoever. Exhaust performs great.

A buddy of mine ordered a setup from him 5-6 months ago with no problems either.

HOLD ON!!! IT WAS A BIG MISUNDERSTANDING I PM'ED HIM ON THE KTELLER WEB SITE AND MIKE WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE UPS GUY DELIVERED IT TO MY MAIN OFFICE (CAUSE I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT) AND NO ONE EVER TOLD ME IT WAS THERE. I FEEL DUMB FOR MAKING THIS POST, BUT ON THE SAME HAND I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN IT WAS THERE UNLESS MIKE HELPED ME OUT.
