How much it will cost in parts...is it a direct bolt-on? Anyone sells the direct bolt-on??

At least $1000-$1500 with tuning...not cheap...yes yo can do the labor but I would not unless you have experienced friend.

$1000-1500? Maybe if you go with a junkyard kit. You can go custom, or you can buy a pre-fab kit. Greddy makes a carb legal kit, if you are in Cali. Drag makes a kit too. Just search around in the Forced Induction forum, and also use the Search button. You'll find alot about turbos by searching, this topic is covered all the time.
