sry but they told me to ask the forced induction section but i was wondering, what is the best kit for a integra ls? or should i just really try and save for a gsr and turbo it? also i dont know much about cusotym making a turbo kit???

Research and research some more my friend. This isnt a pool that you just jump into. I would say you have alot of reading on your hands. search around the FI forum and read and learn as much as possible!
