I plan to get a short shift adapter, can any tell me on what the difficulty level on installing it might be? Also do they have a shorter shift **** for this damn car? Cuz i hate the damn factory one, feels like im driving a damn truck or something

 

I've heard nothing but bad things about adapters. Look into getting a full short shift lever from PSPEC or Forbidden(sp?).

 

Damn, thats not a very encouraging thing to hear, haha wasnt the answer I was expecting, anyone else have an opinion on my question?

 

Don't just take what I've heard. I haven't actually used one so I don't have personal experience with them. Try running a search and see what comes back. I know there is a lot of topics out there with it, you just need to find it.

yea i threw on the adapter on my car..if u got the 50 bucks or whatever to just spend then it's pretty easy to throw in. i have the instructions i think right at home. but in my opinion with the adapter on an accord tranny, u'll barely notice a diff.. but i do drive a 5th Gen [94] compared to u'r 02. has it changed? anyone know? i'm sure it has. but i dont think the difficulty level's changed..
