Which spark plugs?

I've searched and all I've gotten was part numbers...
I've read that the ITRs run irridium plugs and that the copper ones conduct better electricity but have a lower life span. Correct?
Ok, now here's the question. If I were to go with the copper plugs, which car would have these stock? Reason I'm asking is that the part numbers aren't the same here in Europe. So I'll have to tell Honda which car the plugs come off of.
Thanks for your help.

If you really want the copper plug, get the B16A plug, but in heatrange 7 for B18C6.
BTW. In a platinum plug, the core is still copper, only the tip (0.1 mm) is platinum. And electrical conductivity is not the only thing that is important for a spark plug.

Thanks a lot for the link... I guess searching owned me on that one.
So, as I gather I should get the NGK irridiums. Is that the stock ITR plug? What car uses those plugs stock that I can use?

That's because the answer is in the link I gave. Did you even read it? Yes, read the WHOLE thread.

I read the whole thread and we don't have the RSX type S in europe as you know very well... Does this mean that I should take the Civic Type R plugs? Where do you get your plugs from? Thanks.

denso IK20 gap .044. you should be able to find them on several websites. In case you haven't used Iridium plugs, they allready come gaped. Do not try and gap them you will mess up the electrode. Get you a set of Magnacore wires to go with them and you will notice a crisper throtle response.

So as Ive gathered this is how it works:
For the B18C6 I should get either the Denso IK22 or the IFR7G-11.... Are both of these spark plugs pregapped? Also where can I get these in europe?

Yes, the engines of the CTR and the RSX-S are almost the same.
You should be able to get it at any car parts store.

For NGK: Yes, -11 means 1.1 mm gap.
Denso: I don't know. Probably pregapped at 0.8 mm. Not sure.
You should be able to get these at a good car parts store or Honda dealer for the CTR plug (= most likely more expensive).

Here is a site I found in the UK. I never used them before. They also have a 10%rebate when you buy the denso Iridium and Magnacore wires together.

Thanks you guys!!! You've helped me a lot.
Will changing the spark plug wires really change the performance? I already bought the OEM ITR wires for when I do the service, is it worth returning them and getting these Magnacore ones?

I only had 12,000 miles on my OEM wires, and noticed a crisper throtle response with the Magnacore wires. Actually that upgrade with the Iridium plugs, and Magnacore wires was impressive for what little money I spent on it.

Here's my "***-dyno" review on the plugs ..
I have Denso Iridiums (IK20) with MSD 8.5 wires.. These are by far the best performing plugs I've used. I've used the OEM plugs, Bosch +2 plugs, NGK Iridiums, NGK OEM replacement plugs..
The denso's give the car more torque that you can actually feel. Shifting gears is actually fun
NGK Iridiums were a lot cheaper than the Denso's and felt pretty much the same.
