AC blower moter woes!!! help???

AC blower moter woes!!! help???
My AC blower motor will not go on. All the fuses are good. The blower relay under the hood is good. I can actually get it to go on by jumpering that relay, but even a new relay will not work, so something else is not activating it.
Any ideas?

How important is your A/C to you?
My compressor went bad, so I just got rid of the A/C. Car needed a diet anyway.
But I personally care more about weight than the way I smell this summer.
