Where the R gets broken into, I've dreamt from completely stripped to the bare frame to all they do is break windows.

Just thought it was interesting, doesn't worry me more, it gets stolen not much I can do about it. Just enjoy while I still have it.

Thought I share, it is not a daily driver anymore but I guess I still worry deep in the back of my head. Current setup is not good to be driven on the street, that and the places I go, I would not leave it out on the street over night.

most ITR owners that are in love with the car are probably in the same boat. I think Im past that point but I still wont do something stupid like leave it parked on the street overnight.

I have a dream that one day ill be able to drive my freaking car again lol

 

I have had that dream.

 

I hate it when that happens.

Especially when you also get chased by rabid dogs with killer bees in their mouths that shoot bees at you when they bark...

lol .. i have had serveral the first couple of weeks i had it. not anymore.

 

I used to have quite a few nightmares about my ITR being stolen, but over the last year I've had maybe 1 or 2 nightmares about it...maybe I'm getting less attached to the car..I don't know..

I dont have any worries about my car. I dont drive it much and its always dirty

 

I killed a thief in my dreams a few nights ago, as he (the thief) pulled from my driveway I lunged at the car and tore him out with one hand and beat him to death.

That's another one I get - I usually get to KICK their asses royally. Sometimes I kick their asses so bad - I go to jail - and then end up in a cell with dogs that have bees in their mouth again....

I had a dream that my R was stolen by a hot female thief. I caught her in the act and she offer pleasure in return for her crime. I then called the cops after and she went to jail where he was attacked by rabid dogs with bees in their mouth.

 

Haha I had a theft dream maybe a month or so ago, it's funny cause I don't worry about theft at all. I think you guys are influencing my dreams

 

I used to be in the same boat when I first got my '97. When I had my '00 FBP I didn't worry because I knew I could get another one with a little searching.

I don't worry so much now because if the ITR gets stolen, S2Ks are finally in my price range. I'd rather have the R though because front wheel drive cars with LSDs drive themselves on the autocross courses. An S2K for me would be death on wheels for course workers, especially in slalom areas!

Dammit! Going off subject again...

unfortunately, you're realizing that all R's are inevitably stolen.

 

I've had that dream a couple times... especially since some **** stabber broke into my car and stole the entire interior 5 days after I bought it. I just got everything put back together a couple weeks ago and pretty soon it's going to be time to put it away for the winter.

 

the first several months I had mine were filled with terrible, terrible dreams of returning to an empty parking spot. Still happens from time to time, but a lot less often, as my paranoia isn't as fervid and I've come to grips with the fact that an experienced thief can only be delayed by security measures, not totally deterred.

 

just got the R last week, had a dream the next night that i took a wrong right hand turn down the steepest street evAR, and she wouldnt stop. That was it, heh.

*knocks on wood*

 

when ever i am in school .. or walking around at a store... every 30 seconds I feel the outside of my pocket to make sure the keys have not fallen out?!?##
that is a weird thing i always do. "anyone else?"

In my dreams I walk up see it and just say "Oh, well time for a new project"

I find it amusing more than worrysome.

My favorite one is that I find only the shell on cardboard boxes and the frame is made out of model plastic, like a huge model car........
