Default Stall problem

On my H23A1 I am currently running gude cams, dc header, apexi world sport 2 exhaust, aem underdrive pullys and cam gears, the head and intake manifold has been ported and polished with a 3 angle valve job, and an injen intake.

My problem happens when the cars idle comes down like if I were to rev it then let off the gas. I was thinking I was running to lean becuase all I have done with the fuel system is pull the screens out of the injectors. I pulled the plugs and they were white (so that means lean) the first time, a week later I pulled them again and they were pitch black (that means to rich). I did nothing with the fuel pressure at all on the car yet, does anyone know if fuel is my problem? Also what would they recomend as a solution to the problem a SAFC or having the ecu reprogramed.

BTW: I have also cleaned my throttle body and the idle air control valve screw thingy that is by the throttle body.
