ITR and NSX, share the same front pads?
Didn't know that. I noticed that for some after market pads that the part numbers were the same for an Accord V6 four door, and a CRV. I think the Prelude was also the same. Honda part numbers are different though.
Yes. The calipers are different (two piston on the NSX, one on the ITR) but the pad size and shape are the same, so you can use front pads interchangeably between the two. Makes it easy for some of us...

If you compare the OEM pads there are little differences. I went to a honda dealer trying to find some OEM pads and the shape was the same, but the ends were beveled on the ITR pads.

How about this, 00 ITR, 00 Accord EX/V6, 02 NSX and 98 Prelude, do they use the same pads?

The brake pads are interchangeable between the NSX front and the ITR front. The rotors are not (unless you get NSX calipers too).
The rear NSX brake pads are NOT usable on the ITR.

Even if you got NSX calipers the rotors are not a 'bolt on' affair.
The legend GS rotors (28mm vs. ITR 23mm) are however.
