It could be wraped rotor, check your rotor & the thickness of the pads.

A vibration usually means a warped rotor....but it could be a wheel out of balance too. You can easily test that by rotating. Does it occur at high speed or while braking hard....or just hwile braking easily?

Remember, there are different parts in the braking system.

Vibration may mean that your rotors are warped and/or have "hot spots". They can be turned (ground on a lathe) to restore them to flat, if they're not too thin. Or, you can replace them.

When people talk about brakes being worn and needing to be replaced, they're usually talking about the brake pads, not the rotors. The typical symptom of pads needing to be replaced is a loud squealing. But you should learn how to check the thickness of the top edge of the brake pad just by looking through the spokes of your wheel. It's easy. Ask anyone who knows about cars to show you how. Front pads start out 11 mm thick, and should be replaced when the pad material is about 2 mm thick.
