Take off the Cap.

I haven't used it, but I was wondering where you saw this chip. Was it on Ebay?

all engines are different, so stop using a universal chip that isn't precisely altered for your engine.

1st question. Have you ever seen an official mugen website or distributor ever list a Mugen ECU chip for the H22/P13? I certainly haven't. 99.9% of those 'Mugen/Spoon ECU chips' are FAKE.

I would say talk to kenji here on honda-tech. He could probably give you some good information. If your chipping for a higher rev limit you better have a valvetrain or your just gonna screw alot of things up like lots do. People rev are h22s like there a type r motor then wonder why there whole vavletrain is screwed. If you want some extra ponies from tuning go with hondata or vafc.
