Default Automatic tranny shifting woes

I have a 94 teg ls, auto, totally stock, with 130k miles.

The transmission tends to be really jerky when shifting into gears, and it seems like it doesn't want to downshift when passing someone on the freeway.

I recently drained and refilled the tranny fluid with castrol dexron 3 fluid, that helped a LOT...but after a while the jerky shifting was back.

I drained and refilled it again, and the jerky shifting is still there.

On another note, I get a bouncing idle when its cold (TPS sensor?)

Any ideas? Or is it time for a tranny rebuild

Tranny flushes (the one that acutally use a machine to run tranny fluid with detergents thoughtout the tranny) work pretty well, in your case, it maybe that the tranny is worn out.
Mr. Tex seems to be recommending the shift cable.?
