Default Tial Wastegate Problems

What would cause my wastegate to open early, it opens around 3-4psi but has a green 5.8psi spring.

It used to open at around 5.5 psi, it just started doing this a few days ago, can the spring go bad???

Or could the autometer gauge be bad?? It still reads correct vaccum though and sits at -2 with the engine off.

ANYBODY, I need ideas, thanks

Guess I'll go to autozone tomorrow and pick up the sunpro gauge they sell and give it a try.

Can't really borrow one around here, just about every one in this town rolls on spinning rims with alteza lights, I think I'm about the only one boosted and stock looking

Yup, It was the boost gauge. You would think you could trust Autometer to build a quality product.

It pissed me off because I was like damn 6psi is fast, but it was actually like 9psi, oh well

Guess I'll call tomorrow and order a new one
