Nology Ignition Coil
I Would like to know if the Nology Ignition Coil is any better then the Stock Coil, because I am thinking abount getting a new one? Also Are the Nology Spark Plugs and the Nology Hot Wires any good?
from what i understand the stock coils should be sufficient for the stock motor, do you have any plans in the future boost wise? if your planning on just bolt-ons..i think that is not necessory for it...but i could be wrong...double check with others

Yes, an aftermarket performance coil is always better than a stock coil for output. Their spark plugs are also good but if you do a search on here you'll find that most people don't really notice any (power) difference between plugs other than driveability. A good set of NGK plugs or Denso would be fine but you can use the Nology ones if there not to expensive. The Hot wires were mostly an attempt to integrate a capacitive discharge ignition (like an MSD 6A box) with spark plug wires. They do work but really aren't needed unless you plan on running boost and unlike the MSD box, don't have the ability to limit RPM if required. Again I recommend getting good quality wires and save some money...buy a capacitive discharge ignition box later only if you require it. Upgrading the coil is usually a good idea on a Honda though since it is the weakest point in the ignition system.
