Default trail arm bushing are they worth the money

whats going on every one??
i am about to redo my hole set on my car new bushing, struts.. i been wanting to put trailing arm bushing in, but are they worth it when racing? here are a few companies been looking at mugen, prothane
can any one also tell me if polygrafite bushing worth the money too??

but here is some of my set i am going to be doing
tein struts
progessive sway bar
skunk2 front camber kit
sage rear upper camber kit
looking for a compinsater arm ajuster"if can find one"
function7 rear control arm
i have all the other bace to go in the car..
sorry if i missed spelled i am not used to posting

if you got worn old ones in tehre might as well repalace them.
