Default ? on running hondata

i have a 2001 prelude turbo with the auto tranny... i currently have a fmu, vafc, and rc 370cc injectors tuned at 8psi... but do to the basic fuel management i have it doesnt really run as well as it could i think... i want to upgrade to hondata but since the car is a automatic which hondata system will i need(stage 2,3,4)... also i know i will have to convert to obd1. now which ecu will i need to do this?... will i need a automatic ecu or just any ecu out of say an integra?... and by swiching to hondata will it help fix my rich idle, and also the car runs pretty rich before boost so will it help fix that also? please help!

Call up hondata and see what they say. They have some stuff on their web site as well. I think the preveious versions before the S200 will work with auto trannies. You will need an OBD1 VTEC ecu like a P28 or P72 to use hondata. I'm not sure if you need an auto ecu or not. Your car may have a separate tranny control module (ask hondata). You will also need an conversion harness to connect it to your OBD2 wiring harness. If it can be hooked up, it can more than likely solve all your tuning problems. Good luck...
