what car should i get?(must be light weight and able to fit b series engines)
should i go with something that is cheap with alot of miles or spend more money for a car with very little miles

A civic is pretty much the route to go. Lots of 'em, cheap, and they will perfectly fit your B-series. Plus, they're relatively lightweight. You can do a 5th gen and use all stock parts to fit the engine in or go 4th gen and need a few custom parts to fit them in (engine mounts, etc).
But it is YOUR decision. I'd read up and see what other people have done and find what fits best.

and i know that alot of miles puts stress on all parts not just the engine so should i save money for a car with low miles or go for something with like over 150k miles
