what do del sol's with jdm b18c sol's run with no other mods??????
i just got a del sol and and am doing a b18c swap, and have heard many different times, i have heard between 13.1 to 14.3? what are some times people have heard of or done with this swap? thanks
whats up........I have a 93 delsol with a USDM GSR swap....plus lightened flywheel and AEM intake, with custom exhaust, etc.....and i'm running in the high 14's........motor is NOT putting all it's power to the ground...its got a leaky head gasket.
Remember, Delsol's are not as light as they look.....
...we just finished the swap recently, and came across all the problems first hand our selves, so if you need any special tips on the swap because its a sol and not a civic, let me know...

A stock B18C1 in a stock body Del sol will run high 14's to low 15's, due to the weight of the Del Sol(23xxlbs-25xxlbs) and shape of the motor. If you can drive mid 14's are possible.
A del sol will never run a 13.1 with a B18C with no mods. It wouldn't even run that with a H22A.
I had a friend that had one only hitting mid 14's w/intake and stock clutch. His best was 14.5, but consistent high 14's, is that good enough.
