Default Ls into vtec

i searched the integra forums for this question and could not get an answer is there a way to take an integra Ls,Rs etc and make it vtec and if yes what would i have to do

If you search for LSVTEC or LS/VTEC you will find a lot throughout the forums, or even just in the integra forum alone. Give me a few min and I'll find a few threads for ya, this topic has been discussed many many times.
