Default broken bolt

so i was installing my springs. and when i got to the last one passenger side rear. i broke the head off teh bolt that connects the strut bar to the control arm. i went through one drill bit. flattened the other one. couldnt get deep enough to use an easy out. got maybe 1/8 th inch in not even . finally gave up and took it to a machine shop got it back today they said they cant really do anything abou tit. they tried their best. thx god they didnt charge me. so now what? should i just replace teh strut and control arm?or grind the nut off the strut
and put another nut in? the shop said its frozen to teh bushing. im not sure

i know the arm is easy. but the problem is the bolt is still stuck in the strut. In other words i cant change the arm till i get the bolt out of the strut nut. get me?

Try using a die grinder to cut the welded nut off of the strutt.
