Default something fishy?

Hey, my engine was rebuilt before I bought my 2000 Si/SiR. (b16a2)
This is what's on the receipt for the rebuild. I'd appreciate if it you can spot anything fishy, or if it seems to be done correctly. I don't have a lot of knowledge about how engines work, and I can't learn fast enough so I'm gonna ask you all this time

"complete motor rebuilt/polish+ported 30mm pistons, water pump, oil gasket, oil pump, new crank shaft, piston rings, timing belt, valves + seals, new radiator, alternator rebuilt, parts + labor"

The total came to $4200

Thanks for any insight
