Overheating problem

Default Overheating problem

I have a 94 civic DX it keeps over heating the water pump was replaced and i just replaced the thermostat but its still over heating i need some help before i go crazy and crash the car

u think so well that sucks cause the car was $500 and its gunna cost mad for that

also the temperature gauge in the car it will go from being cold to real hot then back down to normal again and just keep doing that

look at your oil or your coolant, i cant remember which, but i think if the oil looks like a chocolate milk color, then your head gasket is blown and that can cause overheating. You can also do a compression check. Make sure your cooling fan is working. One time I had a FAL fan that broke on me and it would overheat while i was stopped, didn't take long to figure out it was the fan.

if it'sdoing that it sounds like you got an air bubble in the coolant hoses bleed it see if it helps.

i got the same problem, you need to bleed the cooling system.
