Default Problem w/ my old engine!!!

i have 10800miles on my 99 civic ex engine
and i think it's getting old because everytime i start the engine, i'll hear some ticking noise from the engine. I have already changed my timing belt and do oil changes every 3000miles.
What do you guys think? Is it normal? or I need some tune-up or some other maintainance???

Thx in advance

Valve adjustment. 108,000 miles without adjusting your valves...is a lot.

It's a Honda that hasn't ever had a valve adjustment apparently, that is almost definately the valves ticking away. That won't stop, but if you get the adjustment done it will get better.
