b16a3 vs. b17 block/b17 vs. b18c1 head

b16a3 vs. b17 block/b17 vs. b18c1 head
which combination would you guys chose and y? i heard the conplete b17 longblock would be best...i heard the b17 would be a better block just because displacement. but which head? i heard b17 has a better flow than the b18c1, and has anyone run a dual stage intake manifold on a setup with the b17 or b16a3?

b16 & b17 block is the same --- the difference is in the crank ---- heads forb17/b16/ITR/ctr same basic except for factory porting differences -- dual runner intake is only on b18c1-- will not bolt to any other head -- with the b17 yaaay!!! can't go wrong
