Default B17 Vs B16 Vs B18c1

Is the B17 block the same as the B18c1? Can I use a B18c1 Crank in a B17 block?
Is the crank in the B16 the same as the B17 or is it the rods?

if i remember correctly people jock the b17 because of its crank so to use a b18c crank in a b17 would seem counterproductive

oh and no and yes

depends on the size of the combustion chambers in the head, hence what head and cams u run.
you don't want the pistons to kiss the valves
