Well I left my house for school this morning and it was raining cats and dogs. When I reached the bottom of my hill my wipers suddenly shutoff. I quickly turned around and went home cause there was no way I can see. When I got home i tested it to c if it was stuck and it wasnt. Although i kept hearing the motor going but the wipers still arent moving. Could the motor be broken if so why is it still running? Or could it be stuck somewhere inside? or what else??
